Eastern Europe, a duffel bag, an accent
Nobody knew much about Vladim when he first arrived. Some said he came from Eastern Europe with nothing but a duffel bag and a strange accent. Others claimed he'd had connections long before he ever touched the city. What everyone agreed on was this: Vladim was patient, smart, and ruthless when he needed to be.
The docks, the workshop, the gang
He started small — running protection jobs and moving illegal shipments through the docks at night. Later he took a mechanic job and worked it hard, long sweaty hours. The owner started to notice. A strong man with big intentions in the future.
The owner was part of the Hells Angels.
Within months, Vladim had the respect of one of the most dangerous biker crews in the city. He didn't just become a member — he climbed the ranks fast. His ability to make money and keep peace between violent crews made him untouchable.
The fallout, then the F40
But Vladim wanted more than motorcycles and street wars. After a fallout inside the gang, he disappeared for weeks. Rumours spread that he was dead.
Then one night, a shiny red F40 rolled through the city and Vladim stepped out wearing the gold insignias of an older Family — Aurelia. The previous leadership had abandoned it weeks earlier, taking cash and connections with them and leaving the front garage drowning. Vladim walked into the wreckage with Luke Rambo — the kid who'd refused to leave the workshop — and together they took what was left.
A criminal empire in a tailored suit
Under Vladim and Luke, Aurelia stopped being a gang and became something closer to a criminal empire. Luxury clubs. Weapon deals. Underground casinos. Vladim handled the streets and the high-end underworld; Luke held the garage and the legitimate face. Members wore tailored suits instead of leather cuts. Every move was calculated. Soon Vladim controlled both the streets — through the bikers he'd come from — and the high-end criminal world, through Aurelia.
Smoking
But the strangest thing about Vladim was that he always wanted a legitimate face for the public.
That's when he opened a vape shop downtown called Smoking.
To normal citizens, Smoking was just another trendy vape store with neon lights, imported flavours, and loud music. But behind the locked office in the back, deals were made that controlled half the city. Civilians, gang leaders, and police all passed through Smoking at some point.
And every night, Vladim Yhevgeni would sit behind the counter, calmly blowing smoke into the air while the entire city moved according to his plans.
