Refund Policy
TL;DR
Most digital goods are final once you've used them. We refund duplicate charges, broken deliveries, and anything the law says we have to. Plus subscriptions cancel at the period end — no pro-rata.
The default: no refunds
Obey Coins, custom plates, hangar spots, and similar one-time digital purchases are final once delivered. They're consumed against your character on the server and we can't un-credit them.
When we will refund
- You were charged twice for the same package (duplicate Tebex transaction).
- The package wasn't delivered within 24 hours and our bot confirms it's stuck.
- The package was delivered to the wrong character because of a Discord ↔ citizenid linking error.
- You were a victim of fraud (someone else used your card) — proof of report to your bank required.
Obey Plus subscriptions
Plus is a recurring subscription. You can cancel any time in /profile/plus; you keep the perks until the period you already paid for ends, but we don't refund the unused days. If Plus perks were unavailable for more than 24 hours in a billing cycle (server down, bot offline), DM us for a credit on the next renewal.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first is a permanent ban. We log every refund + chargeback against the Discord ID; the next whitelist application will be auto-rejected.
How to request
Open a ticket in #refund-requests on Discord and include:
- The Tebex transaction ID (it's in your receipt email).
- The character / Discord account that should be credited.
- A one-line description of what went wrong.
Decisions go out within five working days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method via Tebex; we can't pay you in any other way.
UK consumer rights
Nothing in this policy reduces your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Where the law gives you a stronger right than what we describe here, the law wins.
