What we collect

We collect the smallest amount of data we can while still running a roleplay server, a leaderboard, and a Tebex-backed wallet.

Your Discord account

When you sign in with Discord we store your Discord user ID, your username, and the avatar URL. We additionally read which roles you have in the Obey guild (via the guilds.members.read scope) to decide whether you can see admin pages.

In-game data

On the FiveM server we store your citizenid(the qbx_core identifier for your character), your character's playtime, jobs, and Obey Coin balance. None of that is shared off-server.

Tebex purchases

Payments are processed by Tebex; we never see your card details. After a purchase we receive an event with the transaction ID and your Discord ID so we can credit O-Coins to the right account.

How we use it

• Sign you in to the portal and unlock the member area.
• Display your character's rank, playtime, and coins on the dashboard and leaderboards.
• Apply Obey Plus perks (priority queue, doubled bonus, role).
• Detect abuse (spam applications, duplicate accounts, refund fraud).

Third parties

We share data only with the providers we depend on to run the service:

• Discord — OAuth + the staff alert bot.
• Tebex — payments and webhook events.
• Vercel — hosts the website and stores anonymous request logs (IP, user-agent) for 30 days.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to export, correct, or delete the data we hold about you at any time. Send us a message in the #data-requests Discord channel; we'll process it within 30 days.

How long we keep it

• Account + character data: while your account is active.
• Tebex transaction logs: 7 years (HMRC requirement).
• Server access logs: 30 days, then deleted.
• If you delete your account, we anonymise leaderboard rows and remove the Discord ↔ citizenid link within 14 days.
