Kill or Rob

Pick one — kill or rob, not both. Both-allowed exception requires both parties in gang colours, and every member of your gang in uniform.

You can either kill or rob a player, not both. Only when both parties are in gang clothing then it is allowed.
Every member of your gang must be in uniform to use the both-allowed exception. If even one member is in civilian clothing, the whole gang loses the right to rob and kill — no exceptions, no "but they were down the street."
