How to contact staff. Always go through Discord tickets — never DM.

No Direct Messaging: Do not DM Staff members. All issues must go through the Discord Ticket System.
Evidence Requirement: You must have video evidence (Medal/Shadowplay) to report RDM/VDM. Text logs are rarely sufficient for a ban.
Staff Discretion: Staff reserves the right to ban for "Toxic Behavior" even if a specific written rule wasn't technically broken.
