Accounts & Donations

Allowlist is non-transferable. RMT and chargebacks are unappealable.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for your account. Allowlist status is non-transferable.
  • Real Money Trading (RMT): Buying/selling in-game items for real money outside the official store is a permanent, unappealable ban.
  • Refund Policy: No refunds are issued after 24 hours. Chargebacks result in an immediate permanent ban.
