No detecting undercover by car model or player ID. No Discord/Twitch info bleeding into RP.

Undercover Identification: You cannot "detect" an undercover officer simply by recognizing their car model or player ID. You must have a valid IC reason (e.g., seeing a badge or overhearing a radio).
General: Using info from Discord or Twitch streams to benefit your character is strictly prohibited.
