Clarification on Spite Reports; <@&1427188747803426876> We've noticed an increasing trend of players, when pulled into a ticket for a rule break, attempting to justify their actions by claiming another player broke a rule earlier. This is what we refer to as a spite report, and we want to make our stance clear. Another player's rule break does not justify your own. If you are pulled into a ticket for breaking a rule, that ticket is about YOUR actions. Pointing to something someone else did earlier will not excuse or cancel out the rule break you're being addressed for. Both matters are handled separately. If you genuinely believe another player broke a rule, you must open your own report. A valid report requires all of the following: - Player ID(s) of those involved - Video evidence clearly showing the rule break - In-game audio captured in the recording - Your microphone audio captured in the recording Reports that do not include every one of these will NOT be accepted. This keeps every case fair, properly evidenced, and handled on its own merits. Thanks for helping us keep things running smoothly. - The Staff Team
